Nuts Bay has a wide customer base that is spread across the nation and abroad. We have our delivery points from where customers can pick up their packages. For those customers who cannot access a delivery point due to any reason, we have the option of delivery through courier service. In such cases, the courier charges are added extra.

We give maximum effort to deliver our products within the expected delivery time. However, it is possible that the delivery of products may get delayed due to bad weather, political chaos, flight delays, natural calamities or any other unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, Nuts Bay cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery.

Nuts Bay tries to offer the best value for money to the customers. We offer the convenience of shopping while sitting at your home. Our cash-on-delivery policy ensures that you pay only after your chosen product reaches you.

Our return policy ensures that customers can return any product that they have received in a damaged, defective or not as described condition. The product must be returned in unused and original condition. Customers will get either a full refund of their payment or they will be sent a fresh delivery subject to availability of the product at that time. The refund will be initiated after the product reaches the company and the complaint has been verified.

Customers will have to request for a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the 7 day period passes, no request for product return will be entertained by
